Consideration of adopting a resolution to be forwarded to the Louisiana Supreme Court with reference to a vacancy in the Office of Justice of the Peace of Ward Two of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, which was created by the recent death of Mr. Percy Aucoin, and further recommending that Mrs. Kizzy Aucoin Sanford, daughter of Mr. Percy Aucoin, be appointed to fill said vacancy until an election can be held as called by the Governor, all in accordance with Article V, Section 22 of the Louisiana Constitution.  (Mr. Stelly)
