Take appropriate action on VAR-0220-0124; a request by Calvary Apostolic Church of Starks, Louisiana for a variance to allow a building 0.5 feet below the required free board elevation (lowest required elevation 34.0 feet; requesting elevation 33.5 feet) at 113 Highway 109 North in Ward Five. (District 11, Mr. Marcantel)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Because minimal impacts are to be expected, the staff recommends that the request be granted.
